Mobile Settings
Our app requires that bluetooth is running on the mobile, before pairing to the lock.
Lock handle direction
All of lock directions are changeable, from left to right, from pull to push.
Running out of battery
The lock will keep blinking when power is less than 20%, while the battery capacity can be also checked from the mobile app. If the lock is powered off, USB power supply & mechanical keys are both available to open the door as a back up.
Mortise for door thickness
Most of our mortise are suitable for 35-55mm door thickness. If it is out of this range, customization is required.
Do you accept lock customization?
Yes we offer OEM & ODM services to our customers (for orders > 50 pieces), in order to get access to the local markets successfully.
